Chief Justice David Maraga today swore in the Chairperson, members, counsel and joint secretaries of the tribunal appointed to investigate the conduct of Justices Lucy Njoki Waithaka (ELC), Njagi Marete (ELRC) and Martin Mati Muya (High Court).
