Chief Justice Martha Koome presided over the swearing-in of Douglas Kanja Kirocho as the new Deputy Inspector-General of the Kenya Police Service, at the Supreme Court, Nairobi. Kirocho was also sworn in as a member of the National Police Service Commission.
