Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Anne Amadi has received the Master plan on the operationalization of the Judiciary Service Desk Counters at all Huduma Centres country wide and the Huduma Contact Centre.

The Plan was submitted by the Judiciary-Huduma Kenya Secretariat Task Force that is jointly led by Huduma Kenya Secretariat CEO, Mr. James Buyekane and Deputy Registrar in charge of Automation Hon. Elizabeth Tanui.

The establishment of the Judiciary Service Desk Counters at all Huduma Centres is in line with Chief Justice Martha Koome’s Vision for the Judiciary – Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ).

The Service Desk will increase access to justice for all, with emphasis on self-represented litigants (SRL) who have limited access to digital platforms.
