Obwocha, who was a personal friend for many years, was a man with a big, generous and selfless heart. A meticulous accountant; a distinguished, dedicated long-serving public servant; and a lawmaker whose political career peaked with his appointment as a Cabinet Minister, Hon. Obwocha was a straight forward personality as well as an astute and far-sighted politician who was an inspiration to all those who encountered him.nn nnHis death is a great loss not only to his family and to the people he so diligently served but to the entire nation as well.nn nnWe pray that God gives his family the fortitude to bear this great loss. nn nnHon.
