Zimbabwe Judicial Service Commission benchmarked best practices on performance management and measurement in the Kenyan Judiciary.

The team led by Deputy Chief Justice Elizabeth Gwaunza was hosted by the Judiciary Performance Management and Measurement Steering Committee chaired by Court of Appeal Judge Agnes Murgor.

The team toured the Supreme Court, Judiciary Museum, the Judiciary Training Institute(JTI) and the JKIA Law Courts. The delegation earlier met the Deputy CJ Philomena Mwilu, Court of Appeal President Justice William Ouko and Principal Judges of the Employment and Labour Relations Court & the Environment and Land Court.

At JKIA, the Zimbabwe delegation witnessed negotiation, target setting and signing of the court’s PMMU 2018/19.
