Staff and CUC members equipped on customer care skills

Kapenguria law court staff and the Court Users Committee (CUC) benefited from the public relation management training conducted by the Judiciary’s Human Resource Directorate, Regional Office. 

The training was meant to improve customer relations and in turn enhance service delivery by staff. 

The resident Judge Ruth Sitati who organised the training explained the mandate of the National Council on the Administration of Justice (NCAJ) which CUCs derive their roles. 

The training was conducted by Mr Hesbon Limisi, the Regional Assistant Director of Human Resource. 

Participants were equipped on how to manage relations with internal and external customers. 

He said it is the responsibility of employees to ensure that customers remain loyal and committed to the organisation. 

“A good customer care service means taking extra step to help without being asked,” Mr Limisi said.
