The recruitment of Court of Appeal judges started kicked off on Monday 17 at Judicial Service commission (JSC) Secretariat, Re-Insurance Plaza, in Nairobi.

Justices Abida Ali-Aroni, Msagha Mbogholi, Aggrey Muchelule and Mumbi Ngugi were the first to be interviewed by the Commission.

The JSC is seeking to recruit 11 individuals to fill the position Court of Appeal judge.

Thirty five candidates are lined up for interview between today June 17 and July 1. The Court of Appeal has an approved limit of 30 judges. It currently has 19.
