Hon Peter Mulwa, Registrar Magistrate Courts, has sworn-in members of the National Construction Appeals Tribunal appointed by the Cabinet Sectretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. The Members included, Ms Jane Wanjiru Michuki, Ms Marylyne Mumbua Musyimi and Mr Festus Litiku.
