Garissa Law Courts has embarked on friendly football matches with local and government departments teams in Garissa in an effort to promote peaceful coexistence in the County. 

The football matches initiative is themed: “Promoting Cohesion and Peaceful Coexistence”.  The matches are sponsored by the Kenya Judicial Staff Association (KJSA) North-Eastern region, Mr. Mohamed Farah “Aboo” Leader of Minority, Garissa County Assembly and Haret Mohamed (Senior Hariff). 

The program will run every Wednesday until the end of the year.

The initiative promotes the culture of teamwork and wellness among members of staff. 

Further, it improves interaction with the local community and hence their perspective on the Judiciary. #JudiciaryKE
