Chief Justice Martha Koome has called on all actors in the justice sector to expeditiously deliver justice to victims of road accidents.
Speaking on behalf of the CJ during the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Crash Victims.
High Court judge Richard Mwongo said courts will enforce traffic laws firmly and ensure those who endanger lives of other road users are brought to justice.
He urged the Insurance Regulatory Authority to ensure that insurance companies promptly pay costs awarded to accidents victims by courts. The event which was held at Milimani Law Courts was also attended by representatives from the NTSA among others.
