Chief Justice Martha Koome witnessed the swearing-in of Bishop Dr David Oginde as Chairman of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) that was conducted by  the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Anne Amadi at the Supreme Court. Oginde replaces Arch. (Emeritus) Dr. Eliud Wabukala who retired after serving a 6 year term.
