Chief Justice Martha Koome has commend the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (PPDT) for their work and effort put in during the 2022 election period that ensured all the 314 pre-poll disputes were resolved in a timely manner.
“We learnt valuable lessons that will feed into our quest to roll out e-filing countrywide for courts and tribunals,” CJ Koome said.
The Chief Justice was speaking at the Supreme Court when she held a meeting with the Chairperson and Members of the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal.
The PPDT continues to support the Judiciary’s Social Transformation through Justice (STAJ) vision by ensuring timely, people-centric and accessible justice.
