Chief Justice David Maraga today swore in Mr. Stephen Kirogo as the new Chairperson of the Public Service Commission (PSC) in a ceremony attended by the Head of Public Service,  Joseph Kinyua. Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Anne Amadi administered the Oath.
