Four new members join the Public Private Partnerships Petition Committee

Four new members joined the former Attorney General Prof Githu Muigai  to handle petitions and complaints arising from tendering processes for public private partnerships. nnThe four Mr. Mohamed Abbey Mohamed, Ms. Janice Kotut, Ms. Eunice Lumallas and Sadick Mustapha Doufa were sworn in as members of the  Public Private Partnerships Petition Committee (PPPPC) by Deputy Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Paul Maina at the Supreme Court in Nairobi. nnThey were appointed for a three-year term by Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning Amb.
