HIV and AIDS Tribunal chairperson and members sworn in

Deputy Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Paul Ndemo today also presided over the swearing-in ceremony of members of the HIV and AIDS Tribunal. Those who took Oath of Office are: Chairperson Helene Namisi and members: Dorothy Jemator Kimengech, Melissa Ngania, Tusmo Jama,  Justus Toroinet Somoire, Dr Mary Njeri Ndonga and Abdulahi Diriye. Court clears over 50 matters in two days

 The Court of Appeal sitting at Mombasa has cleared over 50 matters in a two-day rapid response initiative (RRI). This will be replicated countrywide to clear pending cases in the Court of Appeal.nToday, May 28, 2019, it heard 16 appeals and nine applications.  On May 27, judges heard and determined 16 appeals and 8-single-judge applications. Court Annexed Mediation operational in 10 counties
