Process servers develop bill to streamline operations

The chairperson of the Court Process servers committee of the Judiciary, lady Justice Anne Ong'ijo received the Process Servers and Bailiffs draft bill 2019 from the Court Process Servers Society of Kenya. The draft bill was presented by a delegation of regional representatives of the Court process servers society of Kenya led by their chairperson Mr. Alex Alela.
