ADR validation workshop
A stakeholders workshop to validate a baseline survey on the current Alternative Dispute Resolution legislative framework was held on June 22.

The ADR Taskforce headed by Justice Fred Ochieng is in the process of formulating the National Policy on ADR.

Stakeholders during the validation meeting included the Judiciary, Law Society of Kenya, National Centre of International Arbitration, International Development Law Organisation and members drawn from Government agencies and the civil society.
