The Judiciary, in collaboration with stakeholders is hosts an inaugural Mediation Summit at the Strathmore University, Nairobi. The theme of the Summit is: Banking and Mediation: Leading the Way.
The Summit brings together various stakeholders and actors drawn from the Judiciary, Law Society of Kenya, Accredited Mediators, Banking Sector, Business Community, Court Users, Academia, amongst other ADR interest groups.
Chief Justice Martha Koome delivered a keynote speech at the Summit.
