Chief Justice Martha Koome officially opened the Kapenguria Law Courts complex as part of the Judiciary’s strategy to deepen access to justice. The CJ said that as the new court building is inaugurated, the challenge is now upon stakeholders in the justice chain, to make use of the conducive environment to improve service delivery.
