The Office of the Judiciary Ombudsman officials engage members of public and receive complaints at Kerugoya Law Courts during Public Clinics.
The Office is conducting clinics to create awareness on the office and its mandate. During the clinics, officers engage the public, receive and process complaints and explain processes of filing and handling complaints. The aim of clinics is to sensitize public and establish possible mitigation strategies to curb re-emergence of further complaints. #JudiciaryKE
