President Kenyatta appoints Tribunal to investigate Justice Joseph Mutava

President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed a Tribunal to investigate the conduct of Justice Joseph Mbalu Mutava, Judge of the High Court of Kenya.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 168 (5) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, the President appointed Justice David Maraga as the chairperson of a five member Tribunal.
