Judiciary and EACC launch a joint review of the policies, procedures and practices of the Judiciary

The Judiciary and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) have launched a joint review of the policies, procedures and practices of the Judiciary to identify loopholes that may be exploited to aid corruption.nnThe initial phase will involve a review of Court Registries, Records Management, and the Department of Building Services before being extended to Financial and Supply Chain Management, Human Resource, ICT and Communication. This project results from the Judiciary’s ‘Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ)’ Vision to enhance public trust and confidence in the Judiciary.nn
